Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juris DAO, Juris Dev-Co LLC, its founders, contributors, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages (including loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill) arising out of, or in connection with, use of or inability to use Juris Protocol, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed USD 100.
